Oral Communications
Oral communications in sessions 1 and 2 should be prepared in powerpoint (or a similar presentation app) and sent to the I-DSD Office by Friday 19th June 2026 – 5pm UK time. Each talk should be for no more that 8 minutes with 2 minutes allowed for questions. Please email your presentation to info@sdmregistries.org
If the file is too large to email, please use the University File Transfer service. https://transfer.gla.ac.uk/ (this requires dropping off the file to a glasgow.ac.uk e-mail address so please use Jillian.Bryce@glasgow.ac.uk or Minglu.Chen@glasgow.ac.uk – and send an e-mail separately to one of us so that we can look out for it).
Posters
Posters should be created in portrait format, no bigger than A0 (84cm wide ↔ by 119cm long ↕). Pins will be provided to fix your poster to the board.
ALL PRESENTATIONS:
Can we also please ask you to make sure that you do not have any explicit photographs that show recognisable features such as genitalia or patients. If there is an important message that needs to be conveyed then please use illustrations which are not real-life photographic images. Intra-operative, histological or radiological images can be used without any modification.
The I-DSD meeting is attended by a wide range of patients as well as professionals and we would also like to ask you to refrain from using language which may be considered derogatory or disrespectful by people with conditions affecting sex development.
