Clinical Contributor:
- A clinical or non-clinical user at a centre who is responsible for the patients being added.
- Can add and edit patient data.
- Can search core data from their centre.
- Can delete an assessment but not a case.
Centre Analyst:
- A read-only role for a user to view and download core data in their centre.
Centre Lead*:
- A clinical user at a centre who is responsible for the patients being added.
- Can add, edit and delete patient data.
- Can search core data from their centre.
- Can approve new users in their centre and assign roles.
*Qualifications, responsibilities and role of a Centre Lead (CL):
- must be a permanent member of the clinical staff
- responsible for local data governance and institutional ethics approvals
- should oversee the reporting of cases in the registry by the local staff
- responsible for approving new user requests from the centre
- Cases added by the centre can only be deleted by the CL (e.g. a duplicate record, the record of a patient who requests deletion of its data)
- CL and (if relevant) nominated team member will be contacted when a study involving data added by the centre is planned
- CL and (if relevant) nominated team member will be contacted when a publication involving data added by the centre is planned
